Who founded Qubenza Homes?
I’m R K Bharath Kumar, an interior designer with 3000+ completed projects across homes, retail, and offices. Qubenza Homes is my vision to bring clarity and perfection into real-world interiors.
Why the name “Qubenza”?
It combines “Cube” (structure) and “Essence” — meaning every space we create is geometrically balanced and emotionally connected.

Is Qubenza Homes a new company?
Yes, the brand is new, but my experience isn’t. Qubenza is built on two decades of design, construction, and problem-solving.

What kind of projects do you take up?
Residential interiors — from 1 BHKs to villas. Modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and complete turnkey interiors
Do you handle commercial interiors?
Yes, selectively — offices, retail, or studio spaces that need functional and clean design
Do you offer design-only services?
Yes. If you already have a contractor, I can provide full working drawings, material specs, and technical guidance.
Do you take up renovation projects?
Yes, provided the structure is stable. Renovation needs a deeper technical study — which we do before quoting.
Do you offer 3D visualization?
Always. Every design is visualized in 3D for clarity before execution starts.

Who supervises the site?
I do. Along with a fixed team that reports directly to me. No third-party handovers.
How do you track quality?
Through checklists — from plywood thickness to edge finish. Every module is inspected before dispatch.
Can clients visit the site during work?
Yes. In fact, I encourage it — you’ll see exactly what you’re getting
How do you handle project delays?
We plan realistically. If a delay happens, I explain why before it happens, not after.
MATERIALS & HARDWARE
What core materials do you use?
HDHMR,MR,MDF,BWR,BWP plywood as per client requirement, Greenlam or Merino laminates, Hettich or Blum hardware — no compromise on the structure.
Do you use MDF or particle board?
Only when the design requires it (like CNC work or curved panels). Otherwise, solid plywood.
Do you work with veneer, acrylic, or lacquered finishes?
Yes — I’ve worked with all finish systems, including PU, glass, and metal inlays.
Can I choose my own materials?
Of course. You can pick, or I’ll suggest what fits best for budget and durability.
How do you source materials?
All materials come from verified suppliers with bills and warranty traceability.
TIMELINES & EXECUTION
How long does a full home take?
Typically 45–90 days after final design approval. Smaller homes — faster.
Can work happen while I’m away?
Yes. I’ll send progress updates and photos. Transparency is built into our process.
What if something goes wrong on site?
We fix it. No blame games. Execution responsibility stays with Qubenza.
How do you ensure cleanliness during work?
Regular debris removal and covered flooring. No careless site mess.
Do you offer post-handover support?
Yes — a 3-year service period for any adjustment or alignment issue.
PRICING & POLICIES
How do you quote projects?
Itemized — every module, finish, and hardware line is listed. No vague lump-sum pricing.
What’s your payment schedule?
Generally: 10% design advance → 40% production → 40% installation → 10% final handover.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
Design fees are non-refundable once work starts. Material-based cancellations follow actual usage cost.
How do I make payments?
Through UPI, bank transfer, or cheque — all billed under Qubenza Homes LLP
Do you give warranty certificates?
Yes. Brand warranties from Hettich/Blum/ebco and Qubenza’s workmanship warranty are documented at handover.

Bangalore North — Yelahanka area. Projects accepted across Karnataka and nearby states.

Yes. I’ve worked as both designer and technical consultant for builders and studios.
What’s your approach to sustainability?
Use only what’s needed. Reuse wherever possible. Avoid waste during cut planning.
Can I get designs for small budgets?
Yes — smaller budgets just mean smarter detailing, not lower standards.
